Strategy Associate
Location: Remote or Puerto Rico
Stonebridge Consulting is seeking a Strategy Associate to join our growing consulting practice. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in business consulting, management, technology, infrastructure, or a related field who are eager to deepen their exposure to technology strategy, infrastructure advisory, and high-impact client work during an exciting phase of the firm’s growth.
Role Overview
The Strategy Associate will work closely with senior consultants and leadership to support client engagements across technology, infrastructure, and strategic advisory initiatives. This role combines analytical work, client interaction, and operational support, offering a well-rounded foundation for growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities

Support content development, research, and diligence efforts for large technology and infrastructure clients

Participate in client meetings, capture notes and action items, and assist the Lead Consultant in managing and developing client accounts

Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel planning for clients and internal team members

Liaise with client support teams to support diligence, market research, risk analysis, and M&A-related activities

Assist with diligence and analysis related to land, infrastructure, and project development initiatives

Provide project management support across multiple concurrent engagements

Support account management activities, including invoicing and light accounting coordination

Perform administrative, documentation, and filing tasks as needed to support engagement execution
Qualifications
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, technology, infrastructure, or a related discipline

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Comfort working directly with senior consultants and clients
-
High attention to detail and follow-through
